While an extension may require planning permission, this is unlikely for a glass veranda, Louvre Pod and garden glass rooms. From our experience very few of our structures require planning permission. However we have a design and technical team here with years of planning experience and offer a free of charge planning service. If a planning application is required then planning fee which is generally £180 is payable to the local authorities.
What type of properties require planning permission for a glass veranda?
Apartments, flats, maisonettes and any other type of property that is listed within a conservation area or is a listed building will require a planning application.
We can help with the planning process if required
We are ready to assist you should you require a planning application. If drawings or digital visuals are required to support your project our design team are ready to help. We have many years experience installing glass verandas and glass garden rooms for customers nationwide. Different areas do have slightly different planning procedures in place which more often than not isn’t an issue.
