Do you need planning permission for a wooden veranda?
Wooden verandas do not require planning permission in the majority of cases. Of course, there are some exceptions to this, which you can read more about in our guide to planning permission.

How much maintenance do wooden verandas require?
Wooden verandas require very little maintenance. If the roof does need cleaning, simply spray it with a hose or power washer, or wipe it down with a damp cloth.
