The Brief:
Our client required a garden structure to house their newly installed state-of-the-art swim spa.
The Requirements:
The structure had to be fully enclosed, with adjustable sides and a roof that could be opened and closed as needed, leaving minimal obstruction when open. It also needed to span an area of 7 metres by 5 metres to comfortably house the swim spa while providing sufficient walking space around it. Additionally, integrated lighting was required.
The Solution:
After detailed discussions with our expert team, our solution for the client was the Louvre Pod. The structure we installed spans 7 metres using 3 posts to the front and rear, and 5 metres on 2 posts for the sides, providing a spacious and sturdy solution. The louvred roof allows the client to adjust the louvers to follow the sun while ensuring a fully watertight closure during the rainy season. Additionally, the insulated roof helps reduce noise during poor weather.
We incorporated lockable sliding glass doors made from toughened glass, offering additional security.
For lighting, we installed LED perimeter lights with both white and warm lighting options, enabling the client to set the mood and adapt the ambience to the mood and different times of day.
Following further discussions with the client, we installed aluminium panels on the rear projection, which offer an element of privacy from the side of their property.
