<b>The Brief:</b><br> The client required a modern glass room to enhance their rear patio, providing a versatile space that could house a pizza oven while also functioning as an open-air area when desired. The structure needed to span 6 meters by 5 meters, offering ample room for dining and entertaining. <br> <b>The Requirements:</b><br> The project specifications included; a glass room spanning 6 meters by 5 meters. A key design requirement was accommodating the pizza oven’s flue, ensuring it could safely exit through the roof. Glass doors to enable the space to transition seamlessly between an enclosed and open-air environment.<br> <b>The Solution:</b><br> To meet the client’s needs, we installed a Vue Grande glass room, tailored with specific features to accommodate the pizza oven and create a functional, stylish space. <br> The Vue Grande spans 6 meters by 5 meters, providing a spacious and versatile area perfect for dining, entertaining, and relaxing. Its sleek, minimalist design enhances the property’s modern aesthetic. To incorporate the pizza oven, we included a custom aluminium panel in the roof, ensuring the flue could safely exit while maintaining the integrity and style of the structure.<br> Two full sides of the structure feature sliding glass doors, allowing the space to be open-air in the summer, and enclosed during bad weather. The structure was finished in Anthracite Grey, ensuring it harmonised with the modern style of the home and patio.<br> Finally, we installed spotlights in the rafters, which provided a functional space at all times of day. The dimmable function allows the client to create the perfect ambience, whether hosting guests or enjoying a quiet evening.
